From overcoming self-doubt to empowering others to find their confidence, my journey has been one of transformation and purpose. I’m a former dancer and award-winning amateur bodybuilder with over 45 years of experience in the fitness industry (yes, I started at age five—wink!).
Life threw its share of challenges my way—financial struggles, hearing loss, and the unpredictable twists that come with growing up. While higher education was difficult to pursue, I found my calling through fitness and training certifications that helped me become a skilled and compassionate coach.
Today, I’m passionate about educating, motivating, and inspiring others to take charge of their health, fitness, and overall well-being. My experiences taught me the value of resilience, and now I’m here to help you unlock your full potential.
