  • How long is the commitment?

Programs range from short-term intensives (4-6 weeks) to ongoing support (3-6 months). You choose what fits your needs and natural rhythm.

  • What's included in small group coaching?

Small group coaching is a 4 week experience designed for 4-6 participants working on a shared wellness goal.  It includes:

  1. Four weekly group sessions with guided discussion and habit-building strategies
  2. Group-specific resources and reflection prompts
  3. A supportive environment for shared growth -- $200 per person
  • What does individual coaching include?

Individual coaching is a personalized 12-week journey focused on one wellness domain--movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, social connection, or restoration & regeneration.  You'll receive: 

  1. An initial consultation (30-45 min) to clarify goals and assess fitness -- $100
  2. Twelve weekly coaching sessions tailored to your chosen focus -- $1600
  3. A downloadable welcome packet with habit trackers, prompts, and visual aids
  4. Ongoing support and strategic nudges between sessions
  5. Optional payment plans available

All packages are designed to offer high value, with transparent pricing and flexible options.  You'll have full clarity before you commit--no surprises, just support.

  • How do I choose between individual and group coaching?

Individual coaching is ideal if you want focused, one-on-one support on a specific wellness goal.  Group coaching works well if you thrive in community settings or want to explore a wellness theme with others.  Some clients start individually and later join a group for continued momentum.

  • What kind of goals can I work on?

You'll choose one primary focus area for your 12- week journey. Popular goals include:
